This delightful slightly crumby hard blue ‘farmhouse’ cheese has a deliciously rich, creamy, smooth long lasting taste.  It is made by Mike Davies at Woodbridge Farm, Sturminster Newton, Dorset from unpasteurised skimmed milk.
